Positive Behaviour Support
At Mosaic Early Intervention, we believe that all behaviour is a form of communication. Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services are grounded in compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to understanding each individual’s needs, preferences, and rights.
Our Positive Behaviour Support services are designed to support not only your child, but your whole family, with compassion, respect, and care.
What makes Mosaic different is the quality and depth of support we provide. We don’t offer a “one-size-fits-all” approach, our team takes the time to truly know your child, understand your family, and create strategies that fit into real life.
Our approach is:
- Family-centred and collaborative: we work alongside parents, carers, and educators so everyone feels supported and confident.
- Strengths-based and neuro-affirming: we celebrate each child’s individuality and build on what makes them unique.
- Focused on lasting impact: our goal is not just short-term change, but empowering children and families with skills, confidence, and hope for the future.
At Mosaic, you can expect more than a behaviour support plan, you’ll find a team who walks beside you, celebrates progress with you, and is committed to helping your child thrive in every environment.
We work in partnership with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure support is consistent, practical, and responsive across environments.
Our team regularly reviews each plan to ensure it remains effective, relevant, and aligned with the person’s evolving goals.
Our PBS services are trauma-informed, person-centred, and developed in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, including allied health professionals and educators. Whether we’re supporting children and young people in their homes, educational settings, or the broader community, we’re guided by one aim: to improve quality of life through understanding, dignity, and choice.
At Mosaic, we understand how difficult it can be to sift through all the information when first receiving a diagnosis or needing support.
