Ashleigh O’Connor

Ash is the Clinical Director at Mosaic Early Intervention, where she leads with a passion for improving the lives of children and families. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma in Autism Studies from Griffith University, and a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University.
With extensive expertise in behaviour analysis, Ash is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA ), a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner. Her dedication to evidence-based practices and compassionate care drives her commitment to fostering positive outcomes for children with developmental disabilities.

Ash has been supporting children and their families, using the principles of ABA since 2012. She has a special interest in teaching functional communication and life skills to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other learning difficulties.
Ash’s career is lead by a strong belief in the impactful nature of quality early intervention and personalised support. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality, effective programs rooted in evidence, embracing neurodiversity, compassionate care and tailored to harness the strengths, uniqueness and preferences of every child.

Amanda Valderrama
BBehSc, Grad Cert (ABA), M.Couns, CBA, Behaviour Support Practitioner
Amanda completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in 2014, and a Master of Counselling in 2016 at the University of Notre Dame. As a part of her Masters degree, she completed her university placement, undergoing face-to-face counselling and facilitating mental health workshops for adolescents.
Amanda is a Certified Behaviour Analyst, Program Supervisor and registered Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Amanda completed her Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis in 2020 and is working towards her certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.
During her studies, Amanda volunteered in schools, and in social skill groups for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Amanda focused her Masters’ research paper on the benefits of parental involvement in family-centered interventions for children with ASD. Since then, Amanda has worked as an in-home Senior ABA therapist and pre-school shadow on several teams, with children between the ages of 20 months to 7 years old, before beginning her role as Behaviour Consultant.

Jessica McKay
Jess is the Account Manager here at Mosaic Early Intervention. After her Higher School Certificate Jess went on and completed a Traineeship that provided an accreditation in Banking and Finance and went on to work in banking for over 5 years. Jess received notable media attention for being an advocate for alternative pathways to professional careers outside of those associated with traditional university degrees.

Since banking Jess worked in various law firms for 8 years. Since having a child of her own, Jess’ passion has been to work with children. Jess is someone who is always happy to help and is very dedicated to her job. Jess’ cheerful nature projects throughout the Mosaic office and has a lasting effect. This, coupled with her dedication to her managerial duties, makes her a key team member of the Mosaic Early Intervention Team.

Callie MacGregor

Callie has completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science (honours) at the University of Wollongong and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. Callie is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (ABA Australia) and is working towards her certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BACB).
Callie’s passion for ABA grew when she started working as a Therapy Assistant at Mosaic Early Intervention in 2020. Callie is now a Program Supervisor adn Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Developing her passion for working with children through her experience as a dance teacher for children between the ages of 2-15, Callie has a keen interest in working with children with ASD and other developmental delays. Callie understands the integral role of the family dynamic and enjoys working closely with families.
Callie enjoys being active and playing team sports. She is excited to bring her energy, empathy and understanding to each session and is looking forward to watching each child reach their goals.

Gabriella Musumeci

Gab is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive. She completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science in 2022 at the University of New South Wales, where she developed a strong interest in developmental psychology.
Driven by this passion, Gab went on to complete a Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies at Griffith University and is currently undertaking her Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis.

Gab begun her career in ABA with Mosaic Early Intervention working as a Behaviour Technician. Gab has experience working with a number of children across all their different environments (home, school, community), and has since moved into a Senior Behaviour Technician role. At Mosaic, Gab brings warmth, dedication, and a commitment to evidence-based practice as she moves into the role of Program Supervisor.

Hannah has a wealth of experience working in the field of psychology, and trained as a Psychologist in the UK where she worked for 10 years before emigrating from the south of England.

Hannah is a fully trained Cognitive Behaviour Therapist with over 12 years experience working with anxiety and depression for adults and children alike. Hannah initially focused on disorders of anxiety and depression and now specialises in Autism Spectrum and other neurodevelopmental Disorders. She has experience with working under an Applied Behaviour Analysis framework and has been offering therapeutic input for all levels of the Autism Spectrum for a number of years. Hannah’s primary area of research currently is the recognition and diagnosis of ASD in girls.
Hannah’s range of experience allows her a unique insight into the difficulties for all people involved when a child receives a neurodevelopmental diagnosis.

Taylor is completing a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at The University of Sydney and has over seven years’ experience supporting children aged 1–17. Taylor creates engaging, inclusive environments and incorporates creativity and movement to help children feel confident, understood and motivated.
