Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention (EIBI)
Mosaic Early Intervention designs and supervises specialised, comprehensive early intensive behavioural intervention programs.
Our EIBI programs are suited for children from 18 months to 6 years old. If your child has already started school, see our school support program to see how we can provide support to your child at school.
ABA Sutherland Shire
We run programs in the Sutherland Shire, based on the science of applied behaviour analysis (ABA).
ABA is an effective and scientific approach to teaching new skills of social significance, such as personal independence, language, communication, play and social skills. As well as increasing skills, our programs assist in reducing behaviours of concern.
At Mosaic, we have a strong understanding that every child is different. Our team will provide ongoing supervision and oversight to ensure that your family is always supported, that your child is always learning and that their program is effective across all environments.
School Support Program - Socialisation and Integration Services
Mosaic Early Intervention provides specialised behavioural intervention services to children attending primary school up to the age of 12.
Our school support program aims to collaborate with your child’s school team to help them to be successful at school and gain the skills they need to reach their goals. Our school support program also aims to address any behaviours of concern that are occurring within the school setting.
Mosaic’s school support program is suitable for your child if they require support with any of the following:
- Language and communication skills
- Social skills
- Ready to learn skills (e.g., ability to attend and remain focused when in class)
- Academic skills
- Reducing challenging behaviours within the school setting
Specific Skills: Specialised Behavioural Support
Mosaic Early Intervention provides specialised behaviour consultations to address common difficulties, such as toilet training, sleep problems or challenging behaviours.
We provide in-home, behavioural programs to help parents implement evidence-based strategies to help their family and their child to be successful.
Mosaic Early Intervention provides a range of psychology services to support our children and their families. Some of the services we provide include:
- ASD screeners and assessments
- ADHD screeners and assessments
- Assessments for other psychological issues as required
- Parent, family and sibling support upon the receipt of diagnosis for a member of the family
- Ongoing therapeutic input for children and young adults for emotional dysregulation, anxiety management and mood disorders
- Allied support and collaboration with Mosaic’s ABA teams
At Mosaic, we understand how difficult it can be to sift through all the information when first receiving a diagnosis or needing support.
